HOW LONG DO I NEED TO ATTEND THERAPY?

The length of time varies greatly between clients and is dependent on what issues they are working through and how long they’d like to spend in therapy. Our goal is to help you get to a place where you are stable, empowered and consistently applying tools to your everyday life.

HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?

Therapy sessions are like a good TV show episode – they last for a cozy 50 minutes! This sweet spot lets you dive deep into what's on your mind while still keeping things fresh and engaging. It's just the right amount of time to explore your thoughts without watching the clock too much!

HOW MUCH DO SESSIONS COST?

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Sessions are an investment in your well-being and personal growth, priced at $150 each. Think of it as investing in a better, happier you — it's money well-spent towards understanding and improving yourself!

WHAT CONFIDENTIALITY MATTERS ARE TAKEN?

Confidentiality is key in therapy, and I take it very seriously. Everything discussed in our sessions stays between us, with three critical exceptions for safety: if a child is in danger, if there's a risk of harm to yourself, or if there's a plan to harm someone else. Outside of these, your privacy and trust are my top priorities. Your journey is safe here.

We're an out-of-network provider, meaning all payments are made upfront, but we can give you an invoice or superbill for insurance reimbursement. To simplify this process, we've partnered with Mentaya, so you can check your coverage online or contact your insurance directly to understand your mental health benefits, deductible, and coverage for each session. We can also provide a Superbill with all the necessary codes for your insurance to reimburse you the maximum amount possible. For any detailed questions about reimbursement, reaching out to your insurance company will get you the most accurate information.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

Monday through Thursday, bright and early at 7 am until 5 pm, with some limited evening appointments available for those who need them. This schedule helps accommodate various needs, so you can find a time that suits you best within those days.

CAN I ATTEND A WORKSHOP IF I'M NOT A PATIENT?

Absolutely, you're more than welcome to attend our workshops even if you're not currently a patient. Our sessions are designed to be open and beneficial to all women interested in personal growth and community support. Whether you're looking for specific insights or just curious about the topics, feel free to join us and experience the empowering atmosphere of our workshops. We're all about fostering learning and connection, no matter where you are on your journey.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

My cancellation policy is pretty straightforward: I ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives us both enough time to adjust our plans and ensures that the slot can be offered to someone else who might need it. Thanks for understanding!

WHAT AGES DO YOU TREAT?

I specialize in working with women aged 16 and up. Whether you're navigating the challenges of young adulthood, in the thick of your career, or embracing the wisdom of more mature years, I'm here to provide support and guidance tailored just for you.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

We accept HSA/ FSA accounts, and all major credit cards, A credit card on file is required to book an appointment.

Fill out our online contact form to be contacted by one of our therapists!  We will schedule a 15 minute introductory call and schedule your first session from there.
