In our in-person sessions, we provide a safe and confidential space where you can comfortably express yourself without fear of judgment. These sessions are tailored specifically to your needs and goals, whether you're dealing with life transitions, stress, or deeper emotional concerns. We'll work collaboratively to establish and track your goals, ensuring our sessions continually align with your evolving needs. Our approach is dynamic, incorporating various therapeutic techniques as your needs change, all while focusing on building practical skills and strategies for resilience and self-care. Please note that in-person services are currently available only for individuals residing in Florida.

Our virtual sessions provide the same level of personalized care and confidentiality as our in-person sessions, all from the comfort of your home or any private space of your choice. Conducted via a secure portal, these sessions allow for flexible scheduling and eliminate the need for travel, making therapy more accessible. We'll dive into emotional exploration, skill-building, and coping strategies while focusing on your individual experience and growth. Reflection and insight are key components of our virtual sessions, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and empowering you to make informed choices. Virtual sessions are available for individuals living in Florida, with more states to be added in 2024.  Feel free to reach out to see if your state is available!

Walk and
Talk Therapy

Instead of sitting in a traditional office setting, we will engage in a walking session, usually in a natural or open environment like a park or along a scenic path. This dynamic setting often promotes a more relaxed and open atmosphere, allowing you to feel less constrained and more at ease. The physical movement during the session can stimulate creativity, enhance cognitive function, and contribute to an overall sense of well-being. Walking side by side, we create a less formal and more collaborative space, fostering a sense of equality and shared experience. Walk and talk therapy can be particularly beneficial for individuals who find it challenging to open up in a traditional office setting or who appreciate the connection between physical activity and mental well-being. It provides an alternative approach to therapy that aligns with the holistic understanding of mental health, recognizing the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
